Introduction
My name is Savannah, the creator of Tsaveler. Now probably you also understand where the name Tsaveler comes from. I am a 26 years old girl born in the Netherlands. I am originally from Netherlands but actually maybe even more times outside of the Netherlands. When I was young, I was already blessed to see many different countries in the world. My parents learned me to embrace different cultures and they always took me to hidden gems instead of big touristic places.
Covid lockdown
After my study I started in 2020 studying a Master in Murcia, Spain. I went there without knowing anyone. In that period, I lived together with 5 other nationalities in an apartment in the center. Unfortunately the Covid lockdown started and we were stuck all together in the apartment for a long period. Instead of seeing this as a bad time we made it a very good time. We learned a lot about each other cultures. We had dinner nights, played music, learned dances and languages from each others countries. In that period I also got to know people from many other countries. When the lockdown became less strict, we had the opportunity to travel in Spain. I think from that moment, I started to see even more the beauty that exists in this world.
Solo traveling
After my study I felt that I wanted to travel more in my life. I asked around if someone wanted to go with me. In the end nobody was available to go with me so I decided to go alone. I think that opened a door for me. I went different times alone and stayed most of the times in hostels. I met one of the most amazing people and saw one of the most beautiful places. From that moment I started to travel a lot. The question from friends and family were always: "When is your next trip?" or "Are you really now in Netherlands?".
Start of Tsaveler
During my travels I am always making photos and videos. After every trip I started to make short videos to show others what places are looking like. Because of that I got many questions from people around me about specific places. From that moment I started to think how I could reach more people around me. On that moment Tsaveler was born. With Tsaveler I hope to help everyone with finding their next ideal travel destination. With my own experiences, photos and videos, I hope everyone can get an idea of a lot of places around the world.
